There is slight skin contact to extract phenolic flavour and ripeness before fermentation, which takes place in steel to preserve the bright fruit profile. Two months of full lees contact with regular stirring gives richness and texture to the wine. This is a vibrant, fruit driven wine with refreshing aromas and flavours of citrus, white pear, quince, melon and lingering yellow peaches supported by a zippy acidity on the finish.
