An XO Cognac from Fanny Fougerat’s selection. These expressions are crafted with Cognac which would otherwise end up as part of a blend from the big Cognac houses. This particular XO Cognac is made using 100% Ugni Blanc grapes, drawn from 15 Limousin casks.
