Hailing from Australia’s Yarra Valley, Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin is made by steeping local shiraz grapes in gin for eight weeks, making a sweet, flavourful spirit with plenty of red berry and spice character. Like wine it can age over time, developing extra fruit cake and dried fruit flavours… if you can somehow not finish the whole bottle first!
