Description
Aged in an oak cask in the corner of our shop at 23 Bath Street, this proprietary cocktail has been evolving for many years, topped up every few months with a different whisky and other carefully selected ingredients.
In May & June 2024, to make Batch #32, we added just over 25 litres of 6 year old Blended Scotch and a few dashes of peach bitters.
Between the end of April 2023 and the beginning of June 2023, to make Batch #31, we added a just under 30 litres of Scotch, composed of Highland, Speyside, Islay and other single malts, plus a few dashes of rhubarb bitters.
At the beginning of November 2022, to make Batch #30, we added a sherry matured 15 year old Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky, Mira La Mar PX sherry and a dash of chocolate bitters.
Previously, at the end of February 2022, to make Batch #29, we added 25.2 litres of Scotch and 50cl of Tempus Fugit Crème de Cacao à la Vanille.
