This presentation of the Wine & Spirit Education Trust Level 2 Award in Wines runs over six consecutive Tuesday eveningsĀ  from 6pm – 9pm, starting on 17th September and finishing on the 22nd October 2024.

No prior knowledge is required. Students completely new to wine and spirits study may wish to complete the Level 1 Award in Wines first. However, this is not essential.

This structured and informative course explores the major grape varieties and important regions that define the worldā€™s key wines. Youā€™ll learn about production, key labelling terminology and major classifications to help you identify wines with confidence.

Course days are as follows:

Week 1 – 17th September

Week2 – 24th September

Week 3 – 1st October

Week 4 – 8th October

Week 5 – 15th October

Week 6 – 22nd October (Exam)

Successful students will receive a WSET certificate and lapel pin.

The cost of Ā£445 includes all study materials, wine samples, tuition, use of ISO tasting glasses, examination and postage.
